Pioneering an easy-in, easy-out monthly license to provide entrepreneurs flexible business accommodation to match their changing needs, Capital Space now faces new competition from other companies that have copied their business model and co-working spaces, as well as changing work patterns. Additionally, Capital Space has two key audiences: existing customers and SMEs within five miles of each of its nine business centres across the Southeast.
